Since 2016, Dawn Lee Videography started creating Real Estate Related Videos to serve the needs of salespersons and the self-employed who like to increase their brand awareness and to increase their online presence. We understand that shooting videos may be challenging due to the lack of knowledge on the know-how and budget constraints.

Request For A Quotation
Our charges for Property Video starts from $700 onwards. Let us have the details of the unit type and location. An official quotation will be delivered and 50% down payment is required to confirm the booking.
Schedule Filming Slot
For our standard videos, each slot lasts for approx. 3 hrs. Our time slots are 10am or 2pm on weekdays and weekends depending on the availability of the location. We will be happy to film on other time slot on special request.
Scripting
A week before filming starts, please provide us with the details for us to write approx. 2mins script. We will deliver the script for vetting amendments and rehearsal before actual filming date as soon as it is ready.
Actual Filming
Imagine yourself speaking with your friend or client. Our experienced videographer will guide you along the way. Filming include indoor scenes and outdoor scenes with script narration on camera and voice recording. A typical session last 2-3 hours depending on retakes.
Post Production and Delivery
Editing starts the day after filming completes. Do send us before filming any high-res logo, pictures to include in your video. A 1 X minor amendments is allowed after the draft video is delivered. Upon confirmation, Full HD mp4 video will be transferred to you by cloud, together with invoice 50% balance payment to be paid within 7 days.
Our prices for property videography services starts from $700 ONWARDS for a home tour video featuring client and interior of property. You can opt for add on services like scripting and animation graphics. Our packages are priced competitively and we are transparent with our pricing.
